    President

    As principal and co-founder of L2M, Scot Loiselle is responsible for the firm’s development, daily business activities, marketing strategy and corporate identity His 25-plus years of experience in the field—as an architect, project manager, and designer—includes traditional design/bid/build and design/build projects, for national retail outlets, corporate tenants and healthcare facilities. Mr. Loiselle is experienced with feasibility studies, space-planning, document production, permit processing and construction administration.

    Director of Architecture

    A licensed architect in 25 states, L2M principal and co-founder Jeffrey D. Mahler has over 25 years of architecture, design, construction administration and project management experience. His areas of expertise range from renovation and restoration to new construction, retail and healthcare architecture and design.


  • Shaw Rahman, AIA
    Associate Principal

    Joining L2M in 2010, Shaw brings technical skill experience and passion for details to the firm. He has over 25 years of experience in Retail, Office and Hospitality projects. Mr. Rahman is engaged in the projects from beginning to end. Working in concert with staff, Shaw is responsible for projects ranging from new construction on strip centers and tenant interior up-fits for retail projects, to work in hospitals, airports, and office parks nationally.


  • Chad Hinman
    Manager

    Joining L2M’s Ohio office in 2013, Chad brings proven experience in both team and project management in Architecture and Construction Administration. He offers 15 years’ experience implementing knowledge of best construction practices, culminating effective working relationships with clients and consultants and providing team member management, while ensuring projects meet key milestones. In his off-time, his passion and knowledge of architecture and construction administration benefits his involvement and leadership in community and civic leadership activities.

    Joining the L2M Maine office in 2016, Jon is an experienced design professional with expertise in supermarket and retail design. Accomplished with designing the world's first LEED Platinum Supermarket, and re-branding over 100 supermarkets, he also brings extensive experience in value engineering, prototype development and program/project management.
